Who we are
EDUMOVIA is a global education mobility operating system used by education agencies and institutions to manage student recruitment, applications and communications. The legal entity operating EDUMOVIA is Castle Consulting Company Co., Ltd. (주식회사 캐슬컨설팅), registered in the Republic of Korea under Business Registration No. 664-87-03141, based in Gimpo-si, Gyeonggi-do, Republic of Korea.
What data we collect
Through this website we collect the information you submit in our contact, demo request and quote forms: your name, work email, organisation, country, and the message or requirements you provide. We also process limited technical data (such as approximate region and device/browser type) and, only with your consent, analytics data about how you use the site.
How we use your data
We use website form data to respond to your enquiry, arrange demos, prepare commercial quotes and provide support. We use consented analytics data only to understand and improve site performance. We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decisions that produce legal effects.
Legal bases
Depending on your location we rely on your consent (for analytics and marketing communications), the steps taken at your request prior to entering a contract (responding to demo/quote enquiries), and our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website.
Retention and security
Enquiry data is retained only as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Platform data is isolated per tenant, secrets are encrypted, access is controlled by role-based permissions, and personal data is scanned to reduce accidental exposure.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR and Turkey’s KVKK), you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact [email protected].
