Data controller
Under Turkey’s Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK), the data controller is Castle Consulting Company Co., Ltd. (주식회사 캐슬컨설팅) (Korea Business Registration No. 664-87-03141). This notice explains how personal data collected via this website is processed.
Processed data and purposes
We process identity and contact data (name, email, organisation, country) and request content you submit, to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, prepare quotes and provide support, and — with consent — site analytics.
Transfer of data
Personal data may be processed using service providers that operate our hosting, email and analytics infrastructure. Where data is transferred abroad, this is done in line with KVKK Article 9 safeguards. A current list of sub-processors is available on our Sub-processors page.
Rights under Article 11
You have the right to learn whether your data is processed, request information, learn the purpose, request correction or deletion, and object to results arising from automated analysis, under KVKK Article 11.
