Sub-processors
This is a version 1.0 draft prepared for review. It reflects our verified technical and data-protection practices but is pending final management and legal approval. Some sections contain items still under management or legal review and should not be relied upon as final policy.
This page will list the third-party sub-processors engaged to deliver the EDUMOVIA service.

About this list
EDUMOVIA uses a small number of verified sub-processors and service providers to deliver the platform and this website. The categories and named providers below reflect the providers currently in use. We will give notice of material changes under the Data Processing Addendum.
Hosting and database
Cloud/VPS hosting and managed database infrastructure (Hostinger) used to run the platform and store tenant data. Secrets are encrypted at rest (AES-256-GCM) and traffic is served over HTTPS/TLS.
Messaging and communication channels
Meta Platforms — WhatsApp Business Cloud API — is used to send and receive WhatsApp messages where a tenant connects WhatsApp. Additional messaging channels (such as Telegram, LINE and KakaoTalk) act as providers only where a tenant enables that channel.
AI features
OpenAI and Google (Gemini) are used only for the AI-assisted support features described in the AI Notice. A personal-data masking step is applied through the platform's AI Gateway before content is sent, and this data is not used to train third-party public models.
Security and bot protection
Cloudflare (Turnstile) is used to protect website forms against automated abuse.
Transactional email (demo, quote and contact notifications) is sent from EDUMOVIA's own self-hosted mail infrastructure with DKIM signing; no third-party email marketing provider is used for these messages.
Analytics
Consent-based website analytics is used only where the visitor has accepted the Analytics cookie category.
Changes
We will keep this list current and provide notice of material changes to customers under the Data Processing Addendum.
Certain items marked [MANAGEMENT INPUT REQUIRED] in the text (supervisory authority contact details, data protection / privacy officer, and jurisdiction-specific legal points) are being finalized by EDUMOVIA management and legal counsel and will be updated in a subsequent revision.
